The league will use the following policies:
8 team L3 Division - two teams promoted from L5 and two teams relegated from L3
7 team L3 Division - two teams promoted from L5 and one team relegated from L3

If division has 6 or less teams, the extra team (relegated from L1) will just be added to division
If an L3 team is promoted into L1 and there is no team relegated from L1 into L3, the vacancy in the L3 division will be filled by the next eligible team
If there is no District Club Team from Essex County S.A. in L3 division, promotion will come from LDYSL Premier and the WADSL
If there is a District Club Team from Essex County S.A. in L3 division, promotion will come from LDYSL Premier and an extra team will be promoted from LDYSL Premier.
If there is no WADSL division to promote team into L3 league, there will be two teams promoted from LDYSL Premier.
If a District Club Team from Essex County S.A. finishes in 7th or 8th place in the L3 league, there will only be one team relegated from the L3 league to a L5 league and only one team will be promoted from LDYSL Premier
If a North Region team wins "North Region Challenge Playoff", the team will be added to the division
In a case where the North Region team is challenging for a position in a division with five or less teams, the North Region team will be automatically admitted to division without having to play in a playoff game
